Free preview before payment
You always see a free draft of your document before any payment is taken. Payment only unlocks the full, downloadable version, so you know what you're paying for.
When you can request a refund
After unlocking a paid document, you can request a full refund if any of the following apply:
- The document failed to generate or downloaded broken/empty.
- The content is materially different from what you previewed.
- You were charged twice for the same document.
- You're simply not satisfied with the result and haven't shared or used it externally.
Refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
How to request a refund
Click the button below, paste your Document ID (you'll find it in the URL of your unlocked document, e.g. /result?id=…), and tell us what went wrong. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Tip: if you still have the document open, you can also use the "Not satisfied? Request a refund" link at the bottom of that page — your Document ID will be filled in automatically.
