FundRaft is currently free during beta. This policy explains what happens when paid plans return.
Beta period
All document generations are currently free. There is nothing to refund.
When paid plans return
You will be able to preview a free draft of your document before any payment is taken. Once a paid document is unlocked and downloaded, refunds are issued only if the document fails to generate or is materially broken on our side.
How to request a refund
Email the support address listed in the footer with your generation ID. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
